About a week ago, we did photo shoot in NYC's Lower East Side with Hearty Magazine and Franks Chop Shop for a feature story and event we're participating in to benefit the charity Locks of Love .

We'll have more info on the event and the full Hearty Magazine story in the coming weeks, but for now...

Next Tuesday August 3rd we're launching a brand new website + releasing our EP download The Other Side!

Here's "Only You (Take me Away)"- the third and final single before we release our entire EP Tuesday, August 3rd. We collaborated on this joint  w/ Double 0 and Naledge of Kidz in the Hall. The final result, a smooth little dance ditty w/ a mix of R + B.

Throwback : "The Real" Circa 2006

Our friend Dred of Hot Mop Films dug out this gem from our 2006 "Lo Maximo de La Musica" tour.

It was a part of the video/graphics that projected behind us during our show and is supposed to look like a home-video we shot w/our "boyfriends"...who were really just two of our good homeboys! The song is called "The Real," produced by Ryan Leslie off our un-released album The Musical.

It's official, our EP is dropping via www.ninaskyhigh.com on August 3rd.  We're super amped to FINALLY say with confidence we are releasing a new project and also, that we're doing it for FREE as a thank you to everyone who's continued to support our music and movement.

Here is the second single off of our project "The Other Side," which is also the title track. It's produced by DJ Yonny and quite frankly, we love it!

We've been tweeting for months about our new project and now we make it official! Here's "You Ain't Got It" a new track we collaborated on w/ DJ Yonny from our upcoming EP The Otherside which drops this Summer!!

We sampled one of our favorite dance joints from the 90's, "Funk That" by Sagat and  flipped it w/ some Na**Sky melodies.

If you've been to New York and haven't experienced Central Park on the weekends, SHAME ON YOU. No we're not talking about riding in a horse and carriage or the new children's amusement park....

We're talking about the life in the middle of the park where you'll find NYC's dopest rumbero's, roller skaters,  bboy's/ house dancers, hula hoopers, tourists, the young, old,  flashy, and understated all coming together to the sounds house music. 

As youngin's, we hung out while our step dad played to the music and mom danced around... As adults, we still visit and you should too...

TOUR DIARY: Ivory Coast, Africa pt. 2

Our second and third day in The Ivory Coast were spent checking out the local market place,  sound checking, and then the grand finale... a performance (fun times!).

Our hosts for our stay were really kind and made the trip a memorable one. Unfortunately, we didn't get any pics of the stage but we did bring the camera as we explored the city + did get 2 shots @ the after party..

Tour Diary: Vienna 5.10

Oh Vienna, why did you have to rain every single day and night we were in your beautiful city? It only left us one day to get to know you. It was short and it was sweet. We promise to come again soon but please invite the sun next time, it will make the visit more enjoyable for all of us.

Two more days 'til NYC and we can't wait. Home Sweet Home for 5 days and then we head to Paris for the weekend!
