I voted BEFORE, cause I just prefer both ladies w/ longer hair. Stay cool, everybody.
ladies look better with longer hair but if it had to be short... id say "to the left to the left" LOL nat looks good with blonde hair and nic needs to bring bak that red/black hair again!!

its just hair! it'll grow back, but its the edge and free feeling when its short brings out your facial structure...my light is green on the hair nina's ;)
